01. Acceptance of Terms

• You are not a director, employee, consultant, or agent of zw777, nor a close family member of any such person.

zw777 requires mandatory CNIC-based identity verification (Know Your Customer — "KYC") before any withdrawal can be processed. Where zw777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 21 years of age, zw777 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any funds pending identity verification, and report the matter to relevant authorities.

03. Account Registration

To access zw777 gaming and betting services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions govern account registration:

• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one active zw777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC number, and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zw777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zw777 does not impose currency conversion fees. Supported payment channels include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency where applicable.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 per transaction, unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction, subject to applicable processing times.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take 1–3 business days depending on banking institution processing schedules.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. zw777 reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment instrument.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement unless the applicable game rules explicitly provide for early cash-out functionality.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round or bet settlement, zw777 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return all stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension without notice to reflect changing match conditions. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined may be voided at zw777's discretion.

07. Prohibited Conduct

08. Intellectual Property

All content on the zw777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, interfaces, trademarks, and proprietary technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of zw777 or its licenced third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, copy, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the zw777 Platform without the prior written consent of zw777. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

09. Limitation of Liability

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or match manipulation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 13. Dispute Resolution

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

15. Governing Law

By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the procedures described in Section 13.
